We accept returns for quality issues within 30 days of receipt. Please email support@arwibonscooter.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RMA).
Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after the item has been inspected and accepted.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged or unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, undamaged or unused, with all labels intact, and in their original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
