Arwibon Rear Motor Installation Guide

Follow this official arwibon scooter manual to quickly and safely replace your rear motor. Let's get your arwibon scooter gt06 back on the road!

Step 1: Position the Motor Align the new rear motor with the slots on the rear swingarm and drop it in. Ensure the motor cable faces the correct direction.

Step 2: Secure the Axle Slide the anti-rotation washers and nuts onto both sides of the axle. Crucial: Use an impact or torque wrench to tighten the nuts completely.

Step 3: Install the Brake Caliper Slide the brake caliper over the rotor, align the holes on the swingarm, and securely tighten the two mounting screws with an Allen wrench.

Step 4: Route the Cables Run the motor cable along the swingarm, securing it tightly with zip ties. Plug the turn signal connectors together.

Step 5: Attach Side Covers Place the red protection covers back onto both sides of the swingarm and tighten all outer screws securely.

Step 6: Connect to the Controller Inside the foot deck, plug the motor's phase wires (thick yellow, green, blue) and the Hall sensor plug (black multi-pin) into the controller. Strictly match the colors.

• Power Off: Always ensure your arwibon e scooter is completely powered off and unplugged from any charger before beginning installation.

• Double-Check Axle Nuts: Failure to tightly secure the motor axle nuts with a proper wrench can lead to the wheel coming loose during high-speed riding.

• Wiring Accuracy: Never force connectors. Ensure strict color-to-color matching on the controller wires to avoid short circuits or motherboard damage.

• Brake Test: Before riding, spin the wheel manually to ensure the brake rotor does not rub against the caliper pads.
